開繊糸製織装置により、経糸、緯糸に開繊糸を用いた織物を製作することが可能となります。経糸は、予め開繊しリールに巻いたものを設置、緯糸は、リアルタイムに開繊しながら供給するという形になります。標準的な平織の他、綾織、朱糸織等、あらゆる織り方にも対応致します。通常の織機のように、緯糸に筬打ちをするといった織り方ができないため、現時点での速度は、1分間に７ピックス前後となります。また、経糸の幅、出力幅も、基本的に固定となります。参考標準仕様は、以下の通りです。
